YEA!! So we closed on our VERY FIRST OWN HOME on Tuesday May 27th. They say third times a charm and that’s how it worked out for us (regarding closing). Originally the closing date was set for 5/15 and then 5/21 and FINALLY 5/27. So YES… on a glorious day during a Texas summer storm we became OFFICIAL HOMEOWNERS! We may have been drenched due to the perfectly timed downpour but all you homeowners know how much you look forward to the rain and not watering the yard - we simply found this as a the perfect sign of good things to come. So BLESS the RAIN and BLESS OUR HOME!(sorry for the pic's a bit blurry - i had to "borrow" it from the seller's website!)
